Auction Terms & Conditions 1. Registering and/or bidding automatically confirms your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. 2. Nevada State Sales Tax will be charged at 8.375%, when applicable. 3. No cash payments, VISA / MASTERCARD ONLY. If your card is declined, you will be charged a $25 non-refundable fee and your bidding privileges may be revoked. If your card is declined, you have until noon the following day to contact us and make a payment, otherwise your transaction will be forfeited. If your transaction is forfeit, you will be responsible for the 20% buyer’s premium and an 15% restocking fee. We have the right to use your stored payment method for any additional charges. 4. You must call or text 702-670-2750 to schedule your pick-up. Pick-ups are done by appointment only Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 11AM-3PM. Please note lot sizes; if items are large or heavy, plan vehicle and manpower accordingly. If you do not pick up your items by the Wednesday after the auction closes, you forfeit the items, will not receive a refund, and will be charged an 20% buyer’s premium and an 15% restocking fee. There are no returns; however, you can consign the item in another auction at our discretion. 5. We do our best to identify and detail our items clearly. Each item is sold as-is, and we make no promises as to the authenticity (unless a COA is attached). We reserve the right to update items or pull items/auctions for any reason. 6. In any action of any kind relating to or arising out of this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to collect reasonable attorney fees and costs from the non-prevailing party, in addition to any other recovery to which the prevailing party is entitled. 7. We do not store your credit card information.
