Bidder inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Please Note: Make certain the payment method used to register for the auction is a viable payment method. If your credit card is declined, the item you bid on may be sold to the runner-up bidder and you may be banned from future auctions. If you have the winning bid, you agree to pay your bid plus buyers premium and any applicable sales tax. Registration: You agree that all information provided is true and accurate. Pick Ups- YOU are responsible for the pick up of YOUR items. You should plan on loading items/lots yourself. Pick ups should be completed on the designated days. If you are unable to pick up your item/lots during the designated time you must make arrangements to pick it up. IF YOU HAVE NOT PICKED UP YOUR ITEMS/LOTS ON THE DESIGNATED DAYS OR MADE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS YOUR BID IS FOREFEIT AND YOUR ITEMS/LOTS MAY BE RESOLD.
